Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 DAYS and Rest of Europe 4-6 DAYSShipping charges will be added to the order:
– Spain, Andorra and Portugal: free shipping for orders over €200
*We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
– Europe: €25
– Rest of countries €39

You can return or exchange unused parts within the first 14 calendar days after receiving the product. After that period, we will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from our online store. Products must be in their original, unused condition, with intact tags and corresponding accessories. Return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund after the return is approved.

*Only in case of incorrect shipments or defective products, Sur/Sac will cover shipping costs. Please send us an email to shop@sursac.es with the reference of the product you wish to return or exchange. We will be happy to help you find a solution.
